We have a contract with Your company or your travel sponsor, which is our private or corporate client, and we share information with you, as well as with airlines, travel service providers, and other providers, to book trips and provide our services promptly. We do not sell or exchange information with third parties so that they can independently sell their own products or services directly to You.

We can use your information to ensure that you receive high-quality and only the right effective advertising, and we respect your choice.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

If we arrange travel for your companions, we may collect similar information about them. Your account information is included in your travel profile, where we store the information necessary to book your trip and provide you with our services. You can provide additional information in your traveler profile, including frequent traveler credentials, government IDs, and emergency contact information.

Travel Information – If you book a trip with us, we collect your travel details (such as your arrival and departure location, airline, hotel and car information) and any other information necessary to complete your booking. We may also collect special categories of information to ensure availability, food preferences, or other requested services.

Payment information To pay for orders and other transactions through our web service, we collect payment card information and other data necessary for processing payments.

Device data – We collect information about how you access our services, including your computer’s IP address and information that may be obtained from it (such as your Internet service provider and General geographic location), your device’s unique identifier, and other technical information. Operating websites and mobile apps – we use device data to monitor and improve the performance and content of our services, provide updates, analyze trends and usage in connection with our services, and evaluate the effectiveness of our ads and offers.

Managing and improving our business – We use your information to comply with our company policies and procedures, for accounting and financial purposes, to detect or prevent fraud and criminal activity, to perform analysis and improve our business and services, and otherwise to comply with legal requirements.

YOUR CHOICE AND MARKETING
We may use personal information to tell you about our products and services or related businesses (such as restaurants, consumer products, tours, and entertainment), to help us determine whether you may be interested in new products or services, and to provide promotional content that matches your interests, location, or route (with your consent or in accordance with the law).

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
Companies or sponsors of your travel . Our services may be provided in accordance with the terms of a service agreement with your company or travel sponsor. We share your information with them so that they can manage their business travel needs and ensure compliance with the company’s travel policy. At the request of your company or sponsor, we may also share information with our suppliers.

Affiliates and partners– we may share information within our group of companies to the extent permitted by law to enable them to provide quality analysis and improve their products and services.

Travel service providers and others...– We share information with travel service providers (such as airlines and hotels) and travel service providers (such as ticket distribution systems and booking software providers) and manufacturers, as necessary, to book your trip and provide services related to your trips and your company. We do not sell information to third parties so that they can independently sell their own products or services directly to you.

Suppliers– we share information with suppliers who perform functions on our behalf, such as other travel agencies, meeting and event planners, visa and passport service providers, mobile app and software developers, and providers who provide it support, data hosting, marketing and communications services, and database collection.
